Credits, plans and invoices
7 steps · About 8 minutes
What you will finish with. A clear understanding of what you are charged for, how to top up, and where to get an invoice.
Who this is for. Everyone – read this before your first purchase.
Before you start: nothing. All prices are shown in Singapore dollars, with GST where applicable.
1Find your balance
Your credit balance is shown in the top bar of the app and on Billing & Credits.
Why this matters. Knowing your balance before launching a campaign avoids a send stopping halfway.
Expected result. You can see your current credits at a glance.
If it fails.
2Understand what uses what
Sending one email costs one credit. Importing a lead uses your daily import allowance, which is separate from credits and resets each day.
Why this matters. Confusing the two is the most common billing question – they are different pools with different rules.
Expected result. You can predict the cost of a campaign before launching it.
If it fails.
3Check your plan
Open Billing & Credits to see your current plan and what it includes.
Why this matters. Plan credits refresh monthly; top-up credits do not expire while your account is active. Knowing which you are spending affects when you buy.
Expected result. You can name your plan and its monthly allowance.
If it fails.
4Buy a plan or top up
Choose a plan, or a one-time top-up package, then complete payment on the secure checkout page.
Why this matters. Credits are added automatically once payment is confirmed, so your campaigns can continue without waiting on support.
Expected result. Your balance increases and the purchase appears in your top-up history.
If it fails. A pending order has not been paid yet and adds no credits. If payment failed, start the purchase again rather than retrying an old order.
5Download an invoice
Every purchase row in Top-up history has an Invoice button. Click it to download.
Why this matters. Your accountant needs the document, not a screenshot of a receipt email.
Expected result. A downloadable invoice with your company details.
If it fails.
6Change or cancel a plan
Manage your plan from Billing & Credits. Changes apply from your next renewal.
Why this matters. Knowing changes take effect at renewal avoids surprise about a charge that was already committed.
Expected result. Your plan status reflects the change.
If it fails.
7Refunds and payment problems
See our Refund Policy for what qualifies. For anything payment related, contact us with your order number.
Why this matters. Having the order number ready turns a multi-day thread into a single reply.
Expected result. Your request is handled with the reference we need.
If it fails. Card declined: check with your bank first – most declines on first international charges are the bank, not us.
Tell us what you clicked and what you saw. Contact support – we reply within 1 business hour.
