WHL Logistics Pte Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed about Nexly account holders. For personal data that our customers upload and process through the Service (for example, their prospect contact lists), our customers are the data controllers and Nexly acts as a data processor on their behalf.

Nexly is a compliance-focused outreach platform. Customers who use Nexly to contact prospects are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to do so, for maintaining accurate consent and source records, and for honouring unsubscribe and suppression requests. Nexly provides consent records, unsubscribe management, and suppression tools to support this responsibility, but the lawful basis for any outreach rests with the customer.

6. Disclosure of Personal Data

We do not sell personal data. We may share personal data with: service providers who process data on our behalf (such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing); professional advisers; and authorities where required by law. Where we transfer personal data outside Singapore or the EEA, we take steps to ensure a comparable standard of protection as required by the PDPA and GDPR.
