WhatsApp pricing and your sending limits
About 5 minutes
What you will finish with. A clear understanding of who bills you for what, and what your caps are.
Who this is for. Owners and admins deciding how much to send.
Two separate bills
Meta charges you directly for WhatsApp conversations, using the payment method on your own WhatsApp Business Account. NexlyFlow never resells WhatsApp messages and never takes a cut of them.
NexlyFlow charges you for the platform — your plan, the number of connected numbers, seats and monthly sending allowance. You can see all of it under Usage & plan.
How Meta counts a conversation
Meta bills per 24-hour conversation, not per message. The price depends on the category and the country of the recipient:
- Service — started by the customer. Free in most cases.
- Utility — order updates, receipts, appointment reminders. Cheapest paid category.
- Marketing — offers and re-engagement. The most expensive.
- Authentication — one-time passcodes.
Your limits in NexlyFlow
Open Usage & plan to see your daily and monthly sending allowance, how much is left, how many numbers your plan includes and your wallet balance. Meta separately gives each new number a messaging limit (often 250 business-initiated conversations a day at the start) which rises automatically as your quality rating stays high.
